Shipping information
Mystery boxes
Your mystery box is packed in SensaRush branded packaging and sent together. Paid mystery-box orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Transit time is additional and depends on your delivery address and selected service.
Australian delivery
Standard shipping for mystery boxes is A$11 where applicable. Any eligible free-shipping offer and other delivery options are shown at checkout. Enter your address and review the complete order total before paying.
Individual products
Individual products may be fulfilled by third-party suppliers and may ship from overseas. Items ordered separately from a mystery box may arrive in separate parcels. Processing and delivery times vary by product and destination.
Tracking and delivery support
We send tracking details after dispatch where tracking is available. If your parcel is delayed, missing or damaged, email tradietoolkitau@gmail.com with your order number. Contact us before ordering if you need a product-specific delivery estimate.
Address changes and returns
Check your delivery address before paying. Contact us promptly for corrections; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Contact SensaRush for return instructions before sending an item back.
International delivery
Destination availability and delivery charges are shown at checkout. International transit times vary. Import charges may apply under the destination rules.
